All office chairs purchased from Best Deal Office come with a 1-year parts warranty from the date of delivery or purchase. This warranty covers any defective mechanical components that are not a result of misuse or units showing physical damage.

All refrigerators are sold as brand new, and carry the full and original manufactures warranty. All refrigerators will be powered on to show basic functionality to the customer. Best Deal Office offers an exchange warranty for non functioning units for a period of 7 days from the date of purchase. If the same model is not available to exchange, store credit or a refund to the original payment method. All warranty claims made after 7 days from the date of purchase, must be handled directly through the manufacturer.
All televisions sold by Best Deal Office include a standard 90-day limited warranty, unless otherwise noted, beginning on the date of purchase. Customers may extend this warranty up to a full two (2) years from the original date of purchase for an additional cost at the time of sale.
Our warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship during the warranty period. It does not cover:
Any physical damage (including cracked screens or impact damage)
Any liquid damage
Any televisions used in outdoor environments or areas exposed to moisture, heat, or direct sunlight
Every television is powered on and inspected in-store before being loaded into a customer’s vehicle to verify that the unit has no physical damage. For deliveries, televisions are powered on inside the customer’s home at the time of delivery to confirm condition.
Customers may waive this inspection process for any reason (e.g., time constraints, no one home during delivery). If the inspection is waived, the customer forfeits the right to file any warranty claim relating to physical damage discovered after the product leaves our possession.
If a valid warranty claim is approved, Best Deal Office will provide a replacement television of the same model or a like model of equivalent specifications.
Warranty exchanges are based on comparable specs, not purchase price. For example, if you paid $1,500 and the same model later sells for $1,200, your replacement will be based on the unit specifications — no store credit or monetary difference will be issued.
If delivery was purchased with the original order and a warranty replacement is approved within the first 30 days, re-delivery will be provided at no additional cost.
After 30 days, a standard delivery fee will apply should delivery of the replacement unit be required.
All determinations regarding physical damage, misuse, or improper installation will be made at the sole discretion of Best Deal Office management.
We reserve the right to deny any warranty claim where evidence of physical damage, liquid exposure, outdoor use, or misuse is present.
No time-based exceptions will be made. A 90-day warranty means 90 days from the date of purchase — no extensions or grace periods will be provided for any time domains of any warranty under any circumstances.
