Office Chairs Warranty
All office chairs purchased from Best Deal Office come with a 1-year parts warranty from the date of delivery or purchase. This warranty covers any defective mechanical components that are not a result of misuse or units showing physical damage.
What’s Covered:
- Defective mechanical parts (e.g., gas lifts, tilt mechanisms, etc.).
What’s Not Covered:
- Wear and tear on arm pads, lumbar support, or mesh.
- Damage caused by misuse, including but not limited to:
- Torn mesh or upholstery.
- Cracked plastic or broken arms.
- Damaged casters, levers, or other components.
- Any Physical Damage
Warranty Process for Office Chairs:
- In-Store Service: Any item purchased in-store must be brought back to our location for warranty service.
- Shipped Items: For chairs shipped to you, we will mail replacement parts along with detailed repair instructions. Customers are responsible for providing the necessary tools and performing the repair.
- Onsite Inspection: If an item cannot be brought to the store and an onsite inspection is required, a service call fee will apply.
Apple Products Warranty
All Apple products purchased from Best Deal Office include a limited warranty:
- 90-Day Warranty: Applies to MacBooks, iMacs, and iPads from the date of purchase.
- 30-Day Warranty: Applies to iPhones from the date of purchase.
What’s Covered:
- Defects in materials or workmanship (excluding physical or liquid damage).
- The 90-day warranty for MacBooks, iMacs, and iPads can be extended to 1 year upon request.
What’s Not Covered:
- Physical damage, including broken screens, damaged ports, or liquid damage.
- Issues caused by misuse or unauthorized modifications.
Warranty Process for Apple Products:
- Repair or Replacement: Devices with valid warranty claims will first be repaired. If repair is not possible, the device will be replaced.
- Refund Option: If a suitable replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued based on the device’s current market value.
General Warranty Terms & Conditions
- Original Purchaser Only: This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser with proof of purchase. It is non-transferable to another owner.
- Labor Not Included: Best Deal Office is not responsible for any labor costs associated with warranty repairs.
- Warranty Claims: Best Deal Office reserves the right to deny any claim deemed to result from physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
